For over a decade, the International Conference on Information Technology (ICIT) has been the premier conference on information technology organized in India by Orissa Information Technology Society (OITS). Its first conference was held in the year 1998 and being held on a nearly annual basis.

ICIT has always had a significant international participation from different parts of the globe. This year, ICIT 2014, the 13th version of the conference, is being held in Bhubaneswar from December 22- 24, 2014.

The scope of ICIT 2014 is to provide an international forum for exchange of ideas among interested researchers, students, developers, and practitioners in the areas of computing, communications, and informatics. The technical program of the Conference will include regular technical sessions, demos and plenary/keynote speeches.
